"Excellent initial visit by Rich to measure up, followed by a secondary confirmatory visit. Arrived with frames made in the workshop and throughout the day, trimmed the frames and the French windows as required and repaired the internal flaking plaster. The completed works look absolutely first class! Arrived at 09.30 and did not leave until 19.00 having worked throughout the whole day with very few rest periods.
